Return & Cancellation Policy
How We Handle Your Requests:
Step 1 – Submit Your Request
If you’ve received the wrong or expired product(s), raise a return or replacement request within 7 days from the delivery date. Submit your request with order and contact details via email, reach out to us at help@skyntales.com, or use the chat option to connect with us. For damaged or missing products, please submit your request within 2 days from delivery.
Step 2 – Review Period
Give us 2-5 working days to review your request and respond.
Step 3 – Product Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will be dispatched to collect the product(s).
Step 4 – Self-Shipping Option
If a reverse pick-up service is unavailable at your location, you can self-ship the product through a reliable courier. We will reimburse the shipping cost through your Skyntales Wallet.
Step 5 – Verification & Processing
After receiving the product(s), we will verify them against your claim and process the replacement or refund accordingly. Note that replacements depend on stock availability.
Conditions for Return/Replacement Eligibility:
- Incorrect product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damaged product (physical damage, tampered product, or packaging)
- Incomplete order (missing items)
When Return/Replacement Requests Will Not Be Accepted:
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered
- Missing original packaging (including mono cartons, labels, etc.)
- Requests made after 7 days from delivery
- Damage or missing products reported after 2 days from delivery

Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, you can cancel your order by clicking the CANCEL button under the My Account section. Just provide a reason for cancellation, and we’ll handle the rest.
Note: Orders can only be canceled until the status shows “Ready to Ship.” Once shipped, any order cannot be canceled. Skyntales reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice and may verify details before shipment.
How Will I Receive My Refund?
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, you’ll need to provide your bank details to receive the refund.
